Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened packages of braiding hair or bulk hair
- Any synthetic/human blend hair that has been removed from its original packaging
- Custom or special order items (including dyed-to-match colors)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
